Where we ship
We ship worldwide from our studio in India. Shipping to an address in India? Please order on our India store, metacards.in, which has India pricing and free shipping within India.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat US$30 per order for up to 4 cards. For 5 or more cards, message us on WhatsApp (+91 73640 81477) for a shipping quote before you order.
How long it takes
- Design proof: after you order, we send a proof on WhatsApp. Nothing is engraved until you approve it.
- Production: your card is engraved and checked in 3–5 business days after you approve the proof.
- Delivery: we ship by tracked international express courier. Transit time depends on your country and on customs clearance. We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.
What's in the box
International orders ship with the Self-Kit: your engraved metal card, an adhesive kit and a video guide. You move the chip from your current card yourself, in about 10 minutes, so your bank card never leaves your hands.
Customs, duties and taxes
Our prices and shipping fee do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. Any charges in your country are paid by the receiver, usually to the courier before delivery. Parcels refused because of unpaid duties are not refunded.
Your address
Please check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. The courier may need your phone number for delivery and customs. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address that you gave us; reshipping is charged.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows your parcel is lost, we raise a claim with the courier first. Once the courier confirms the loss, we remake and reship your card at no cost. If your card arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video, as explained in our Refund policy.
