Will it work with my bank?

It works with chip debit and credit cards. You move your card's own chip into the steel card, so your bank, card number and PIN stay exactly the same. You pay by inserting the card at any card machine or ATM.

Do I have to send my card?

No. With the Self-Kit, your card never leaves your hands. You move the chip yourself at home.

Is it safe?

You move the physical chip yourself; nothing is copied or stored. Your card never leaves your hands.

Everything people ask us.

Will my card number, account or PIN change?

No. It's the same chip from your card, so everything about your account stays the same. Your bank won't notice any difference.

How long does it take?

We engrave your card in 3–5 business days after you approve the design proof, then ship it worldwide by tracked express. Delivery time depends on your country.

How does the Self-Kit work?

Your engraved card arrives with an adhesive kit and a video guide. You move the chip from your current card yourself, in about 10 minutes. Your card never leaves your hands.

Can I see my design before it's made?

Yes. We send a preview on WhatsApp and engrave only after you approve it.

What if something goes wrong?

If your card arrives damaged or defective, send us an unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery and choose a free remake or a full refund. Stuck with the Self-Kit? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll walk you through it.

Can I return it?

Each card is engraved for you, so we can't take back a card that works as promised. If it arrives damaged or defective, we make it right.

Why prepaid only?

Every card is made to order, so payment is taken upfront at checkout.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide, by tracked express from our studio in India. Shipping is a flat $30 for up to 4 cards in one order; for bigger orders, message us for a quote. Every international order ships with the Self-Kit. Import duties in your country, if any, are paid by the receiver.

Does it support tap to pay?

No. Solid steel has no tap-to-pay, so you pay by inserting the chip. That works at every card machine and ATM, anywhere in the world. It also means nobody can take a tap payment from your card by accident.
