These terms apply when you use global.metacards.in or buy from Metacards ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Metacards makes custom stainless steel cards in our studios in India. Contact: support@metacards.in, WhatsApp +91 73640 81477, Siliguri, West Bengal, India.

2. What we sell

We engrave a stainless steel card to the design you choose. International orders ship with a Self-Kit so you can move the chip from your own bank card into the steel card yourself. We are not a bank and do not issue cards, accounts or credit. Your account, card number and PIN stay with your bank.

3. Your bank card

You are responsible for checking that moving your chip into a Metacards card is allowed under your card issuer's terms. Payments work by inserting the chip; steel cards do not support tap-to-pay. We are not responsible for any decision by your bank to block, replace or cancel a card.

4. Card details

We never ask for card details on our website. If your design includes your card number, expiry or other details, we collect them privately on WhatsApp after you order, use them only to make your card, and engrave them exactly as you send them. Please check them carefully before you approve your proof.

5. Designs and artwork

You confirm that you have the right to use any name, logo, artwork or image you send us. We may refuse designs that use other companies' trademarks or characters, or that are offensive or unlawful. Our own designs, photos and website content remain our property.

6. Proofs

We send a design proof on WhatsApp before engraving. Once you approve it, we engrave exactly what is on the proof.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Any local-currency amounts shown on the site are estimates only; you are charged in US dollars. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Import duties and taxes in your country are paid by the receiver.

8. Cancellations, refunds and shipping

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment. Damage, defects, lost parcels and refunds are covered by our Refund policy and Shipping policy, which form part of these terms.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by your bank, the courier, customs, or how the Self-Kit is used. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under the consumer laws of your country and cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of West Bengal, India, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
