Will it work with my bank?

It works with chip debit and credit cards. You move your card's own chip into the steel card, so your bank, card number and PIN stay exactly the same. You pay by inserting the card at any card machine or ATM.

Do I have to send my card?

No. International orders use the Self-Kit: we ship your engraved card with an adhesive kit and a video guide, and you move the chip at home. Your card never leaves your hands.

Is it safe?

You move the physical chip yourself. Nothing is copied or stored.

Everything people ask us.

Will my card number, account or PIN change?

No. It's the same chip from your card, so everything about your account stays the same. Your bank won't notice any difference.

How long does it take?

We make your card in 3–5 business days after you approve the preview, then ship it worldwide by tracked express.

How does the Self-Kit work?

Your engraved card arrives with an adhesive kit and a video guide. You move the chip from your current card yourself, in about 10 minutes. Your card never leaves your hands.

Which details do you engrave?

We engrave the details you give us exactly as you send them, such as your name, card number, Member Since and expiry. Please check them carefully before you share them.

What if something goes wrong?

If your card arrives damaged or defective, send us an unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery and choose a free remake or a full refund.

Can I return it?

Each card is engraved for you, so we can't take back a card that works as promised. If it arrives damaged or defective, we make it right.

Why prepaid only?

Every card is made to order, so payment is taken upfront at checkout.

How much is shipping, and are there customs duties?

Shipping is a flat $30 for up to 4 cards, tracked and express. For 5 or more cards, message us on WhatsApp for a quote. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the receiver.

Does it support tap to pay?

No. Solid steel has no tap-to-pay, so you pay by inserting the chip. That works at every card machine and ATM worldwide. It also means nobody can take a tap payment from your card by accident.
