Will my card details be engraved?
Yes. So your Metacard looks and works like your bank card, we engrave your details: your name, design and the chip on the front and card number, expiry and CVV on the back.
You never type card details on this website. After you order, we message you on WhatsApp. You send the details there, privately. We send you a proof, and nothing is engraved until you approve it.
Prefer privacy? We can engrave altered digits, so only you know your real number.
Do you have any offers?
Yes, and they apply automatically at checkout. Buy 2 cards, save 10%. Buy 3 or more, save 20%. Buying a Signature card (Amex, Apple, JP or Dubai)? Add any pre-made design for just $29. One offer per order; checkout always gives you the best one.
Will my card number, account or PIN change?
No. It's the same chip from your card, so everything about your account stays the same. Your bank won't notice any difference.
Can I use my own logo or artwork?
Yes. Upload any PNG, JPG, WEBP or SVG and the builder turns it into a black-and-white laser file. Logos and line art work best. If you don't have one, our designer can make it for you on WhatsApp.
Can I see my design before it's made?
Yes. We send a preview on WhatsApp and engrave only after you approve it.
How long does it take?
We engrave your card in 3–5 business days after you approve the design proof. Free standard delivery then takes about 9–11 business days; Express (+$29) arrives 5–8 business days after dispatch.
How does the Self-Kit work?
Your engraved card arrives with an adhesive kit and a video guide. You move the chip from your current card yourself, in about 10 minutes. Your card never leaves your hands.
What if something goes wrong?
If your card arrives damaged or defective, send us an unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery and choose a free remake or a full refund. Stuck with the Self-Kit? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll walk you through it.
Can I return it?
Each card is engraved for you, so we can't take back a card that works as promised. If it arrives damaged or defective, we make it right.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, and shipping is free worldwide. Standard delivery takes 12–16 business days, including 3–5 days to make your card. Need it sooner? Choose Express (5–8 days after dispatch) for $29 at checkout. Every international order ships tracked, with the Self-Kit. Import duties in your country, if any, are paid by the receiver.
Does it support tap to pay?
No. Solid steel has no tap-to-pay, so you pay by inserting the chip. That works at every card machine and ATM, anywhere in the world. It also means nobody can take a tap payment from your card by accident.
